How To Prepare
1 teaspoons per 200ml water at 85 deg Celsius for 2-3 minutes.
White tea is the least processed of all the teas and Pai Mu Tan is the most delicate and refined type of green tea. The ‘white’ term comes from the silvery down on the leaves which are picked within 48 hours of the bud opening.
